The simple explanation of CrossFit Kids/Teens is performing one to three movements involving weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight exercises for different amounts of sets, reps, and time while using the proper technique, weights, progressions, and modifications for the individual. Doing this causes the most well rounded fitness and health in terms of strength, endurance, blood pressure, body fat, and many other markers. Many of our kids and teens use CrossFit as a supplement to their school sport and are proving to have a competitive advantage over other players.
