Every movement we make outside of the norm challenges the human design. We believe everyone should think differently about what it means to have an active life. Our Active Life program is easy to start, beautifully designed, and customizable for each person. 

Active Life is a class designed for the beginner in mind. Simply to get you moving with basic exercises and build a foundation. We keep quality of movement in high regard while still providing a workout to keep you pain free and losing weight. 

Active Life Beginner Classes are currently offered on:

Monday 7:15 pm

Tuesday 8:30 am

Wednesday 7:15 pm 

Thursday 8:30 am

Saturday 11:00 am.
