CrossFit is a highly effective training program that is often misunderstood. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that focuses on all aspects of fitness such as weightlifting, bodyweight, and cardio. The fantastic part of this program is that every single aspect of the workouts can be tailored to each person to allow for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels to workout in the same class while completing a workout appropriate for their level of fitness. There is a personal training pre-requisite in order to attend CrossFit classes.

Tuesday 7:00 am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm
Wednesday 7:00 am, 8:30am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm
Thursday 7:00 am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm
Friday 7:00 am, 8:30am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm
