burn cardio & core

BURN Cardio & Core is a workout that utilizes the most effective cardiovascular machines available to burn the most calories possible during a workout. BURN workouts involve running, rowing, biking, skiing, step ups, and core exercises. This program has a 1 session personal training pre-requisite. 

BURN workouts are currently offered on:

Monday 7:00 am, 8:30am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm

Tuesday 7:00 am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm

Wednesday 7:00 am, 8:30am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm

Thursday 7:00 am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm

Friday 7:00 am, 8:30am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm

Saturday 8:00 am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am

Sunday 8:00 am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am
