burn cardio & core

BURN Cardio & Core is a workout that utilizes the most effective cardiovascular machines available to burn the most calories possible during a workout. BURN workouts involve running, rowing, biking, skiing, step ups, and core exercises. This program has a 1-3 session personal training pre-requisite. 

BURN workouts are currently offered on:

Monday 7:00 am, 8:30am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm

Tuesday 7:00 am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm

Wednesday 7:00 am, 8:30am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm

Thursday 7:00 am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm

Friday 7:00 am, 8:30am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm

Saturday 8:00 am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am

Sunday 8:00 am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am

*BURN workouts are completed at the same time as CrossFit classes. In the class the CrossFit members will complete the CrossFit workout and the BURN members will complete the BURN workout.
