Every movement we make outside of the norm challenges the human design. We believe everyone should think differently about what it means to have an active life. Our BURN program is easy to start, beautifully designed, and customizable for each person. 

BURN is a cardio and body weight only workout. It is designed with weight loss, endurance, and stamina in mind. 

BURN workouts are currently offered:

Monday to Friday

5:30 am, 7:00 am, 8:30am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm, 3:30 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm. 

Saturday & Sunday

8:00 am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm

There is a personal training pre-requisite for BURN.
