BURN Cardio & Core class is sure fire way to sweat and burn calories. BURN uses the most effective forms of cardio including running, rowing, biking, and skiing. Your endurance will undoubtedly increase as well as shopping frequency since you will need new clothes. These movements all work your core but we also program in various core exercises to keep you strong in the midsection.
