BURN Cardio & Core class is sure fire way to sweat and burn calories. BURN uses the most effective forms of cardio including running, rowing, biking, and skiing. These movements are paired together to allow all of your body parts to work during the workout. Your endurance will undoubtedly increase as well as shopping frequency since you will need new clothes. These movements all work your core but we also program in various core exercises to keep you strong in the midsection. 

  • Monday 8:30 AM, Wednesday 8:30 AM, Friday 8:30 AM

  • 4 Classes per month - $80

  • 8 Classes per month - $100

  • 12 Classes per month - $120

  • You can also use your BURN classes for our Bootcamp class.

  • Unlimited BURN & Bootcamp classes per month - $160
