Bootcamp also knows as FBC (Frank's Bootcamp is how our gym got started back in 2011. We met at local tracks, parks, and playgrounds and used what we had to get people into shape. What everyone liked about it was that it didn't matter what level, size, or shape you were. Everyone was able to complete a version of the workout that was appropriate for them. 

We continue that program to this day never forgetting where we started or where we came from. We utilize simple and effective exercises involving cardio equipment, body weight movements, medicine balls, kettlebells, and dumbells to produce a great base of fitness for later on when you feel like you want to give CrossFit a try. 

  • Tuesday 7:00 PM, Thursday 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:30 AM

  • 4 Classes per month - $80

  • 8 Classes per month - $100

  • 12 Classes per month - $120

  • You can also use your bootcamp classes for our BURN cardio class.

  • Unlimited Bootcamp & BURN classes per month - $160
