CrossFit New Windsor

CrossFit New Windsor is a fitness community that thrives on dedication and consistency. Our environment is supportive and welcoming. Our workouts are infinitely scale-able and modifiable for everyone from beginner to elite, young or old, large or small.  We don't like to over-complicate things. Everything about us is simple from our rates, to starting up, to our methodologies on fitness and nutrition. Our focus is on the basic barbell lifts, basic body-weight movements, endurance, meats, vegetables, fruits, and nuts.


Rates:

- Membership at CrossFit New Windsor is $160 per month (Avg. $8 per class) for unlimited classes and nutritional counseling.

- Military, Police, Fire, & Immediate family is $135 per month.

- Drop In's from other affiliates are free for the first visit and $10 for future visits.


Getting Started

Step 1: Fill out our contact form or call 845-629-3757 to schedule a 1-on-1 free trial session. The best way to experience CrossFit is to try it. We offer our free trial on the following days and times:
Monday - 5:30 am 
Tuesday - 10 am
Wednesday - 7:30 pm
Thursday - 3:30 pm
Friday - 4:30 pm
Saturday - 9:30 am

Step 2: If you enjoyed your free trial session the next step is our "Starting CrossFit" sessions.  There are 4 to 6 sessions that are also 1-on-1.  These sessions are $25 per session (You are not charged membership also).  The focus is to train you in the proper mechanics and safety of the movements using barbells, body-weight, endurance, and other equipment. 

Step 3: Once your "Starting CrossFit" sessions are complete you are ready to attend any of the group classes on our schedule.
