CrossFit New Windsor

CrossFit New Windsor is a fitness community that thrives on dedication and consistency. Our environment is supportive and welcoming. Our workouts change daily to provide a variety of training aimed at increasing strength, speed, and endurance.  The workouts are infinitely scale-able and modifiable for everyone from beginner to elite, young or old, large or small, regardless of any pre-existing condition you may have.  We offer 3 programs: CrossFit, Frank's Barbell Club, and Sweat Lab.  Fill out our contact form or call 845-629-3757 with any questions you may have.  See the chart below and the other pages for more information on each of our programs.

Getting Started: For CrossFit or Frank's Barbell Club

Getting started is easy.  Send us an email requesting an appointment for a 1 on 1 session.  The first session is free.  Everyone must complete 6 additional sessions (except for Sweat Lab).  These sessions cover the fundamentals, safety, and technique of bodyweight movement, powerlifting, and Olympic lifting.  Each session is $25.  Once your 1 on 1 sessions are complete you are ready to attend any of the group classes on our schedule.  There are no contracts.  All memberships are month to month.

Increases accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, power, speed, stamina, strength.  If you enjoy being challenged and always learning new things then try CrossFit.

Increases accuracy, balance, coordination, flexibility, power, speed, strength.  If you don’t like  cardio but enjoy lifting weights and want to get strong and learn more about lifting technique then try FBC.

Increases endurance, speed, stamina.  If you are hesitant to try CrossFit, don’t like weights, have flexibility issues, joint or muscle issues, or other health problems try Sweat Lab.

*15% discount on CrossFit for police, fire, & military.  15% Immediate family discount.  No discounts on Frank’s Barbell Club, Sweat Lab, or 1 on 1 sessions.
