CrossFit New Windsor

CrossFit New Windsor is a fitness community that thrives on dedication and consistency.  Our program is infinitely scalable and modifiable for any fitness level.  Whether you have never done CrossFit before, never exercised a day in your life, are a former college sports athlete, grandparent, disabled veteran, have diabetes, asthma, or are missing a limb we have a program that works for everyone and we have worked with members who fit all of the mentioned categories.  Check out our photo gallery on the next page for some before and after photos.

Step 1:
Fill out our contact form or call 845-629-3757 to set up a free 1 on 1 session or just to come and talk with us.  This session will allow you to experience a warm up, technique drills, and a workout under the guidance of one of our trainers.

Step 2:
Schedule the first of 6 mandatory 1 on 1 sessions with one of our trainers.  These sessions are called "On Ramp".  They are designed as an educational series of sessions that cover the basics of exercise safety, weightlifting, bodyweight movements, flexibility, nutrition, as well as a workout at the end of each session.  Each session is $25.00 payable 1 at a time or upfront.  You do not pay the monthly membership in addition to the "On Ramp" fee.  The monthly rate starts when you complete "On Ramp.

Step 3:
Group classes.  Once "On Ramp" is complete you are free to attend any of the classes on our schedule.  Each class is led by one of our trainers and follows the same structure as "On Ramp" including warm up, technique, & workout.

We only have one rate, $150 per month for unlimited classes and nutritional counseling. 
10% discount for military, police officers, firefighters, & immediate family members.  
Drop In's visiting from other affiliates are free for their first visit, $10 drop in for future visits.
